Cami Stinson began playing piano at age six, and at 15 discovered the fiddle and studied under Benny Kubiak of Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys. With considerable fiddle chops and a strong vocal presence, she began appearing on Opry stages throughout Oklahoma and Texas playing western swing and big band-style music.

She co-founded the Riot in 2005 while attending Oklahoma State University. While her Western swing ties remain strong, Stinson's new music incorporates rock and funk with vocal jazz and soul.

Stinson's debut album, "In The Morning, "was released independently in 2009. Her single “When You’re Out Tonight," was nominated for a new songwriter’s award at the 2009 Urban Music Awards in New York City. She is currently recording a follow-up EP, will be released in late-2010.
